p.s: as my consultation process is conducted strictly over e-mail, please be as specific as possible to prevent miscommunication. you’re very welcome to send as many references as you want as well as sketches or thumbnails if you are keen on getting your idea across that way. i may request a photo of the area (especially if there are existing tattoos) so that i can draw your design to best fit the area to ensure flow in the composition.due to my workflow i’m usually unable to come up with multiple sketches for a design and drafts can be expected about 1-2 days prior to the appointment date, but only if design preview is an option you choose to have— this adds a 50USD fee on top of the deposit.minor changes may be accepted after discussion and will incur a cost of 20USD-100USD depending on the severity of the changes and is deducted from your deposit— major changes will result in a change of date for your appointment in order to accommodate changes.thank you for understanding and i look forward to working with you!

on rates: my minimum rate for tattoos starts at 200USD and, as a general rule of thumb, smaller custom pieces (not flash work) accomplished in a single sitting can cost anywhere from 400~800USD (size dependent, roughly 3-6 hours of tattooing)— this is not the same for something larger that will require multiple sessions.multiple session projects require a lot of commitment, and will require further discussion on rates as this varies according to final size, tattoo placement, and design complexity.for transparency purposes i will add that most shops i tattoo out of generally take 30% as a commission charge for all tattoos made under their roof.
tips are not necessary but are always deeply appreciated ♡!i primarily utilize a sliding scale when it comes to pricing for tattoo work. as calculated from past sessions, my rates vary from 200-350/hour in regards to large scale projects that require multiple sittings. however, you’re welcome to fill in what you think would work for you based on your own financial means under the ‘budget’ section of my booking form, as you’ll discover from further reading that i accept projects based on compatibility of the art style i’m pursuing towards, and of course, how fun the project is.a note on sliding scales:
